Westport MediSpa: New Safety Guidelines to Reopen During COVID-19

Like other governors across the country, Connecticut’s Ned Lamont ordered thousands of businesses to close in late March to help slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19.) Now that Westport MediSpa is open for business, you may be wondering if it’s safe to visit the CT medical spa with the virus continuing to circulate. We would like to assure you that our medical spa treatment center takes numerous precautions to keep our clients safe. Below is a list of the safety measures we have already implemented for individuals receiving cosmetic medical services in Connecticut.
Face Coverings and Other Safety Standards
We abide by the mandatory mask requirement issued on April 20, 2020, that requires people to wear face coverings over their nose and mouth while in public. Our expert staff cleans and disinfects regularly, paying special attention to these items in the med spa:
- Bathroom fixtures
- Beds
- Chairs
- Counters
- Credit card machines
- Doorknobs
- Handheld mirrors
- Light switches
- Pens
- Railings
- Tablets
Since our reopening, Westport MediSpa has implemented a screening procedure for patients when they arrive to ensure they are well enough to receive our non-invasive medical spa services. We also have a new check-in policy where each guest will stand six feet apart from one another. Our team can these changes in detail when you schedule your next appointment.
Pleased to Be a Non-Invasive Medical Treatment Spa
If you’re nervous about contracting Coronavirus, we offer non-invasive treatments that have a significantly lower risk. These types of services range from hand rejuvenation and skin analysis to dermaplaning and Coolsculpting. Our staff has been trained to follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines while you receive any type of medical spa treatment with us. We are always willing to take additional precautions if you have specific concerns.
A specific concern many have been inquiring about is the safety of our popular Botox treatments. We want you to know that it’s as safe as any of our other non-invasive medical treatments because of our sanitary standards. Our team understands our clients have missed receiving our services during the COVID-19 closure and we have prioritized their safety upon reopening.
